Talk about perfect timing! Tu B'Shvat, the Jewish New Year for the Trees, begins at sundown tonight. This holiday is a time to reflect on the importance of trees, our earth and environment. The students at Chicago Jewish Day School, the school where I teach art, all decorated a bag to collect JUNK MAIL for the next week.
